Fixed. She has paper stuck in the print that was 
causing a jam on double sided printing and that was 
causing the noise.

My printer needs some help. Any double-sided 
printing results in a paper jam. Also, when it is 
printing it is loud. This has happened in the past 
and something needed to be replaced.
