Description: Printer not working. showing green and 
red light

The printers drum cartridge is empty. You can submit 
a purchase request to get a new one at 
wou.edu/purchaserequest and put in that you need a 
drum cartridge for a Xerox Phaser 3260. Here is the 
link for the part.

Kelly called saying she is not able to print to 
her printer in the Welcome Center. She said when 
she hits print it shows a green light and then a 
solid red light also pops up. She checked to make 
sure it had paper and everything. 
She is available all day except 2-3 when she is on 
her lunch
