We setup the everything accordingly, forgot to grab 
the mac addresses, and left the 2013 monitor there 
for use as we would've pdr'd it any how. Closing

As of now we need to set an appointment for his 
setup.

We are available from Monday - Friday 8 AM to 5

Hi Andrew,

Thanks for reaching out! I thought Joe (cc'd) had 
already activated his account. I recall him 
telling me there was an issue but he visited the 
UCS Helpdesk and it was resolved. Please let us 
know if Joe needs to do anything further to 
activate his WOU account.

Hi Paige,

I need some additional information regarding 
service request #81038

Description: Joe McCade, New director of 
International student academy support  Starts 9/1

Joe McCade's account looks like it hasn't been 
created yet, so we can't add his admin rights to 
his computer.

Once his account has been created we would be able 
to add permissions and make an appointment for the 
set-up.

His account would be created once he submits his 
documents to HR and then processed, his account 
would then be available for activation.
