Status changed from (1) Pending to (5) Completed

I had been off for some extended time and didn't 
really have any issues when I was here. However, 
the bottom of my screen has started to disappear 
again, especially when using the chat boxes. I 
have been turning off my computer, and restarting 
it when I start having issues with the portal, so 
I don't think that's a problem.

sent Luanne an email to follow up.

Luanne called about some things disappearing from 
her screen, like the task bar and sometimes tabs 
will just go blank. She wanted someone to come out 
and take a look and see if it needs updates or 
settings that might cause that issue. She is 
available today and tomorrow after 1:30 pm and 
Thursday after 3 pm
