Have you been able to fully transfer the last of the files from your old machine to your new one?

Hi Michael,

We were just following up with you regarding a 
service request that we have for you.  (#81044)

Description: set up 20230017[Edit Inv] GFA replacing 20160362[Edit Inv]

Recently, we imaged a GFA replacement for W20160362 
with W20230017. We still need the old desktop back 
from you, could you bring it back to us so we can 
complete the service request?

If you still need more time for backing up data, 
please list that in the e-mail so I can update the 
service request accordingly.

but I can install it myself. I'll still need my 
old computer for a while. I'll try to drop by Sept 
6th to pick it up.

Is there special software you need on your 
computer to be installed?

Currently, the computer has the Office suite, 
Adobe, and Zoom.

If there isn't any other software you need then 
your computer is ready for delivery!

We are available from Monday - Friday 8 AM to 5 
PM.
