Description: set up 20230017 GFA replacing 20160362

Recently, we imaged a GFA replacement for W20160362 
with W20230017. We still need the old desktop back 
from you, could you bring it back to us so we can 
complete the service request?

If you still need more time for backing up data, 
please list that in the e-mail so I can update the 
service request accordingly.

Hi Andrew,

I have a bunch of special software that I'll need, 
but I can install it myself. I'll still need my 
old computer for a while. I'll try to drop by Sept 
6th to pick it up.
