I never saw that user emailed back on the 1st. He said there were no specific apps, just that they wanted admin rights so they could download any of those apps if need be.

I need some additional information regarding 
service request #81045

Description: set up 20230028[Edit Inv] for Clayton Jones

I have set up and configured the macbook with our 
standard software, including office / zoom / web 
browsers, etc. Was there any additional software 
you needed installed? Also, when would be a good 
time to set this up with you? We will need to come 
to your office to set this up, it typically takes 
about 30 to 45 minutes.
