I put camtasia and endnote on it, sigmaplot won't run cause it's too old. I emailed that they would need to get an upgraded copy to use it, and that the laptop is otherwise ready to go.

reimaged, had proper name, bestowed admin rights, got camtasia downloaded - the only things that seemed to be from us were camtasia, sigmaplot, and endnote, and both sigmaplot and endnote I can't add at the moment.

Hi Kristin,

I need some additional information regarding service request #81050

Description: Reimage laptop for Kristin

Will you be needing sigmaplot v11 or endnote x5 anytime soon? I am having some trouble reinstalling them at the moment.

Other than those two things, this laptop is basically ready to go.

Hi Laurie,

Thank you, it is 20190534[Edit Inv], I've been working 
extensively with Monica on my troublesome laptop.

Before I bring it in, can you let me know how long 
it might take, and would I be able to have a 
loaner laptop?

Also, have I prepared correctly if I've done the 
following:
save all my desktop items to my H-drive
note any software reinstall needed
make sure I don't need anything from my local disk 
(C:)
give you all a snapshot of my browser bookmarks?

Hi Monica,

I would like to have my laptop reset/reconfigured 
(I forgot the exact term), and borrow a loaner in 
the meantime.  Could I bring my laptop to y'all on 
Monday next week with hopes to have it back by 
Friday (Sept 1)?
