I just restarted my computer and it worked! I have 
access to the athletics drive.

Can you restart your computer and check if the 
drive is now mapped for you? If not, can you try 
manually mapping it and see if you have access?

Thank you for checking in about this. I still 
haven't been able to get access, it says "Access 
Denied" when I try. 

Do I just use my login, "crosswhitej" as the 
username?

Description: Set up 20230019[Edit Inv] for Justin Crosswhite

The set-up for Justin is complete although we need 
a supervisor to e-mail UCS to request permission to 
add access to the departmental drive.

UCS was scheduled to meet in NPE with Justin 
Crosswhite on Monday at 10am to install his new 
computer. No one came and he hasn't heard anything 
about rescheduling. Please let him know when his 
computer will be ready.

I have just gotten your laptop all up to date, and 
the rest of your computer setup is ready to 
install with it. I was wanting to reach out to you 
to see what a good time would be to set all this 
up. We would need you to be here to set it all up, 
as we need you to sign into the laptop and get 
your input for how the equipment is arranged on 
your desk. This typically takes 30-45 minutes, the 
equipment in total is: a laptop, a dock, a 
monitor, and a keyboard and mouse. Let me know if
