Hello Jack,
Thank you very much for the support you and the 
UCS team have provided. I actually unplugged all 
the cables and plugged them, the cameras are now 
working. :)

I do have one question, but it's not related to 
the camera issue: Am I required to keep the boxes 
of the monitors?"

Hi Duygu,

Apologies for taking awhile to respond; I don't 
know if the issue has since been fixed, but I just 
remembered that the monitors' webcams won't turn on 
/ be connected if the usb passthrough cable is not 
hooked up. There should be - power, display, and 
usb passthrough for the monitor(s). The passthrough 
allows the webcams, as well as the usb ports on the 
monitor to work.

Hello Jack,
Both cameras don't work not only on the Zoom app 
but also on the Camera app of the computer itself. 
I also checked the Integrated Webcam section but I 
couldn't find the menu to select one of the 
cameras hooked up to the computer.
I've attached the screenshot of the Zoom Settings 
and the camera application.

Hi Duygu,

I was informed that you were having troubles 
selecting the right camera with your external 
monitors; I did see a screen shot / picture of the 
video settings tab on zoom that you sent, and the 
part where it says 'Integrated Webcam' is where 
there should be a dropdown menu to select one of 
the couple of cameras hooked up to the computer, 
which the monitor webcams should display. There 
should be only a couple of options to choose from, 
so I would experiment to find the one you want.

Her laptop camera is working so she will be using 
that temporarily till someone can check out her 
monitor cams.

Good Afternoon, I set up my computer yesterday, 
and everything works great except the cameras on 
the monitors. I checked the settings and 
everything looks good.
I am also confused about which monitor's camera 
would be active during the Zoom meetings :)
