This issue has been fixed. We changed the printer 
driver

Chris called to put in a request for a printer 
that Monica was working on in the middle of 
summer. A ticket was never created but he just 
wanted to check in and see if this issue was ever 
resolved or brainstormed a little more since mid 
summer because they may want it up and running for 
the new term.
