Hi Brooke,

I need some additional information regarding service request #81071

Description: SPSS license expired error but was purchased in June 2023

If you are able to come in on Monday, Oct. 2, that would work. Someone should be here at UCS to be able to help with this.

Hello, 

You may have seen my other reply about this but the issue has not been resolved. I could bring my laptop by on Monday, Oct. 2nd between 11-2. Would that work? Or I am in my office working right now on my laptop until 1:45 but need to stay in my office.

Is this something that still needs to be addressed? If so, is there a good time to correct this / install this on campus some time this week or next week?

I have added the authorization codes for Brooke Nott 
on the T Drive under SPSS

Requesting they send me the License Authorization 
Codes. (I never received them)

Hi Sam, 
Thanks for your reply. The device number is 
#20211318[Edit Inv]. I have been working from my home in 
Philomath for most of the summer on this laptop 
and was not planning to return to campus until 
Thursday Sept, 14th. Might there be a way to do 
this remotely? If not, I can try to rearrange my 
schedule to come to campus. Thanks so much!

I am sorry, I do not have Brooke's WOU #.  She 
just received this computer in June 2023 along 
with SPSS.

Could you have the techs reach out directly to 
Brooke?

Hi Michelle, 
Today I am not able to open the statistical 
program SPSS on my WOU computer as it says the 
license is expired. Do you happen to know how I 
might get the SPSS license renewed on my computer? 
Or who I should contact about this? I didn't know 
if I should go straight to UCS or if this involves 
more purchasing and that is someone different I 
should contact? I've only just received SPSS and 
my computer in June and am right in the middle of 
my analysis. I am hoping I didn't have the wrong 
expectations about being able to keep SPSS on the 
computer. Let me know if you have any ideas. Below 
are the screenshots of what I am seeing. Thanks so 
much!
