It looks like neither we nor the dept. can find this dock and no one has inquired about it for some time. I am trying to thin out some tickets. Closing this ticket.

Hi Roseanna,

I can't find anything here on any older dock that was taken from RWEC 213 / 251 or any that were previously assigned to you. If you were still needing a dock for use on a computer station, the department will have to submit a purchase request for one.

Hi Roseanna,

I need some additional information regarding service request #81078

Description:  printer in RWEC 213 moved and monitor request 

Was anyone able to locate that dock for the department? I have an outstanding ticket open still and was wanting to close it.

Printer is now working. They are still trying to 
locate the dock to do the set up in the Resource 
Center

The W# 20210861[Edit Inv] dock is assigned to you. The one 
that is for the Resource Center is W#20200392[Edit Inv]. If 
you could please locate the dock we can then 
schedule a time for a tech to come and re-set up 
that workstation.

So in other words, we need a work station setup. 

I don't recall if the docking station came with me 
when I moved to the office since 213 was my 
previous work area The current dock I have is 
#20210861[Edit Inv]. Can you check if this has been the one 
and only doc station that was originally in 213 
then moved with me to 251?

Hello,

A couple of requests:

1) We moved the printer to another area in RWEC 
213 and now it is giving an error message. Can you 
take a look at it?

2) We need a monitor and HDMI connector to be set 
up on the desk in the TPSSS Resource Room (RWEC 
213).  We'll connect it to a Macbook.

You can come by my office (RWEC 251) and I can 
open 213 for you.
