Hi Jack,

I don't need help installing this software, I just need the software key. I can't and won't be using MaxQDA on WOUs servers because I have some data I am doing research with that I do not want to be accessible centrally.

All I need is the software key for MaxQDA for the install on my own machine, due to WOUs policies about who can purchase software with which indexes.

I can stop by next week and get the software key, the last week and this week have been busy.

I have been informed that we aren't able to send out / email keys, that's why someone from UCS will have to put in the key for you. We got the license yesterday.

As for adobe, I believe there is a special creative cloud installer for the university, so if you installed the normal creative cloud straight from adobe there may be some issues. There should be an adobe download within the WOU portal under Programs for Everyone. If you have adobe's version, you would need to make sure it is uninstalled along with any programs that were installed with adobe's version and redownload them under the university's creative cloud. I would start there and see if the issue persists.

Hi Jack,

Just to be clear I don't need assistance installing MaxQDA I just need UCS to purchase the license and give me the license number, at least I was told that it was campus policy to do it this way.

I also already have creative cloud installed on both laptops, however I cannot access any of the applications on my personal laptop (it asks for me to "try" rather than "install"). I have signed in on the correct account on my personal computer, have double checked the plans / account, etc so I need help troubleshooting that.

Hi Alex,

Tomorrow, Thursday or next week all works! There will be someone present at UCS that can assist you with this anytime M-F, 8am to 5pm. 

MaxQDA should install pretty quick.
