If you need more apps installed you can contact us 
at ucshelpdesk@wou.edu.
You are allowed to remove apps, but if they are 
preinstalled those will not be removable and UCS 
would need to remove them for you.

Thanks, Andrew! We're really just using an 
internet browser, so I don't think any special set 
up would be required. Is it possible to leave the 
ipads with our front desk anytime M-F from 8am-5pm 
or do you need a staff member to be there for the 
initial hand off?

Hello Sarah,

Thank you for your response. I've installed the 
requested apps on the iPad as requested.

Unfortunately, Presence and Google Forms are not 
available on the App Store. To access these, 
please use the web browser on the iPad.

The process to install apps is through UCS due to 
the management and licensing. If you require more 
apps to be installed please contact us at UCS for 
future inquiries.

One of our team members will deliver the iPad and 
Pencil on the 19th in the morning.

Hi Andrew,

Thank you for reaching out.  I will need the 
google apps on the Ipad; including google drive, 
google forms, google sheets, google docs, google 
classroom, etc.  I would also like to download the 
MyWOU app, Canvas Student, Canva, Spotify, When 2 
Work and the Presence app.  Will I be able to add 
apps that we need later?  I think that's all.  If 
Tuesday, 9/19 is a good day for you, I will be in 
the office all morning and could meet you sometime 
then.  Thank you for your help.

I need some additional information regarding 
service request #81104

Description: iPad 20230171 and pencil set up for 
the Information Desk for ID Card purchasing (wants 
by 09/18/2023)

I've completed the setup for the iPad, is there 
other specific apps you need installed on the iPad 
before delivery?

On the topic of delivery, let's set-up a good time 
to deliver. We are available from Monday to Friday 
8AM - 5PM.
