I added her admin rights to the tablet / laptop. She was able to download the software she was trying to install. Closing ticket.

She dropped by unexpectedly @12pm and needs admin 
rights to download a software. I tried ucsadmin 
but it didn't take. 

She will be back @1-1:30pm 

I told her we can wait for a tech to come back 
from lunch to add admin
