Hi Lori,

I need some additional information regarding service 
request #81109

Description: Chromebook won't turn on 

I've tested this chromebook and it seems to be 
turning on. It holds a small charge, but the battery 
time seems unreliable. The chromebook is usable when 
plugged in. Is there any other issues you would like 
me to check on while we have it.

If not feel free to either come pick it up, or I can 
come drop it off to you.

Let battery sit over night, came in and battery was 
fully drained. Plugged computer in and it turned on 
as normal. Besides weak battery computer working 
fine.

Chromebook turned on and seems to be holding charge. Currently 
charging on imaging station with supplied charger. Computer 
functioning within specs. Once battery is fully charged going to 
see how fast it depletes.

Chromebook 20160821[Edit Inv] (that we check out from the 
library) will not turn on.  We tried two different 
ac adapters to charge it.

I can bring it over this afternoon.
