Brady said he installed the new monitor. I am hoping that solved the webcam issues. I am emailing Shelby about this and will close the ticket.

The monitors webcam works when the usb passthrough is plugged directly into the laptop, not through the hub? Very strange, IMO, as the dock is from 2022 and everything else works asides that, it's almost like its running the passthrough cable at usb 2.0 speeds. I am going to install a new 2023 monitor that should have came with the setup, she said I was all good to go with that. I'm hoping that alleviates the webcam / dock / cable issue and will look nicer.

Hi Shelby,

I see that this is still an ongoing issue. I would like to try swapping the usb passthrough cable, as this cable is the one the webcam goes through.

Went and looked at computer, windows is not 
finding the integrated camera for the monitor. I 
think its either a monitor issue, or it could be 
the Dock. The dock is brand new, so it's unlikely. 
The monitor is a 2016 monitor.

Tony came by and worked on it for a bit and got everything set up. Only problem is that the webcam isn't working. We tried a different computer and monitors and couldn't make it work. I think it may be the new doc
