Took computer back to UCS and cloned drive to an NVMe, replaced hybrid drive 
with NVMe. Holding hybrid for 1 month incase something happens to new NVMe. 

After cloning, computer wouldn't boot with raid off, kept raid on for now and 
instructed key shop on what would happen if it needed this setting swapped. 

Everything functioning right now, but may get a call in the future for us to 
turn raid off in BIOs.

Taking computer back to UCS.



When looking at computer at location, computer wouldn’t boot 
into dell logo. Unable to get into bios. Light comes on like it’s 
powering on, but powers off right away. Power supply fan is 
running with green light on the back of the machine. Graphics card 
fan does not kick on. 



Going to put hard drive in identical computer to see if maybe that 
fixes the issue.

Ella, a student worker at PP called in to report 
that their computer won't turn on since yesterday. 
Shandelle is usually their contact for this issue 
but Shandelle directed her to us. 

The computer monitors all the locks on campus for 
the keyshop. They are hoping to have it up as soon 
as possible for ensured security.
