UPDATE :

He is now connected to the printers and is now able 
to print. I will go ahead and complete this ticket.

a test sheet can be printed to the printer but 
other things I want to print will not print.  That 
is very interesting.

he can now print to PE-Color but not ATH-Color on 
threesisters

no signs of paper jam. user has tried restarting 
both his device and the printers but still no luck

user can locate the printers (PE Athletes-
threesisters & ATH-Color threesisters) but no prints 
are going through.
