to help you with logging in to your computer? If 
not, you can either stop by UCS Monday-Friday 8a-
5p (we are closed 11/23-11/24 for the Holiday), or

Hello Steven,
I tried getting into the building and it seems no one was home! If you are on campus sometime next week, it would help us out if you could unplug the desktop and bring it into UCS for diagnosis, we should be able to figure out the problem relatively quick.

This dude is only on campus in that building like a handful of times a week, and he doesn't coordinate via email too well. I went down there and there was nobody in the building, it would be best if they were instructed to bring the desktop down to UCS.

If there is no internet and they have not logged onto the computer yet they won't be able to get into the computer as there is no network to check login info from.
