Hi Benjamin,

After the re-image, do you need another software 
installed other than the standard programs that 
come with the image such as Adobe, Zoom, Chrome 
installed already.

Hello Benjamin,

The Dell XPS current image seems to be corrupted. 
I wanted to let you know that the computer needs a 
reimage but, I wanted to know if there is data 
that needs to be backed-up before proceeding with 
a reimage but, may not be possible due to the 
computer not fully booting into Windows.

Let me know what you think and how I should 
proceed.

dropped off laptop to UCS with charger. Ben says 
its not an urgent issue if we have priorities, 
this laptop is not assigned to anyone, the 
department passes it around. He is wondering if he 
can also get admin rights on it so he can download 
ADOBE CC

 We are in the North East corner of the Library on 
the second floor. The sign says Center for 
Academic Innovation. We are in and out quite a bit 
but there will usually be someone here. I can 
leave it out with a note in case we're out when 
you come by, if that would be helpful. I can also 
drop it by if that's easier.

Hi UCS folks,
We have a Dell XPS laptop (20210072) that our GA's 
use but it's failing to start this morning. It 
goes to the Automatic Repair page and says it 
didn't start correctly. Is that something you can 
help with? If so, what is the best way to get it 
to you? 

Also, we'd like to have one of us made admin on it 
if possible so that we can install things.
