Brady fixed the monitor not working, now two monitors work, and 
the monitor that didn’t work was the one with the soundbar so I’m 
pretty sure sound works too. Emailing user and will wait for reply 
to close ticket.

Hi Mandy,

I need some additional information regarding 
service request #81157

Description: Can't connect to printer and no audio 
on computer

I took a look at your monitor issue. The computer 
had you still logged in and I didn't want to mess 
up any unsaved documents you had, but the image 
swapped to the other monitor that was not working. 
I'm assuming both work now, this might also solve 
your audio issue. 

Let me know if you're still having issues or if 
the issue was resolved

Hello! I think someone came and fixed my printer 
because it works now (yay!) but 2nd monitor isn't 
working and my speakers are still not working 
(plays through headphones during zoom and cannot 
be changed).

Wonderful, thank you so much! My office door is 
unlocked if I am not in the building. Is there any 
proposed timeframe? I am sure they are so busy 
right now, just wondered if I should try to print 
from another computer before Monday. Thanks!

To summarize: Monitor won't turn on, speaker not 
working on computer, and can't connect to 
threesister ed copier downstairs. 

Her office is unlocked and a tech can enter 
anytime.

Hi! I have pushed the monitor button and I 
attached a picture of what I see. I just restarted 
the printer and tried to print again, it still 
won't let me connect to the downstairs printer. 
Also, I forgot to mention that when I restarted my 
computer, now my speakers are not working, I tried 
switching audio connections and won't allow me to 
do so. I think a service request would be great!

Hello! Thank you for your help! I went ahead and 
restarted my computer. Now there are new issues. 
First, it took almost 20 minutes for the computer 
to restart (loading for that long). Second, I have 
two monitors and one of them will not turn on now. 
I was able to print! However, it would only allow 
me to print to the upstairs printer in our 
building (I'm downstairs). I tried to switch the 
downstairs printer to the default and it wouldn't 
let me. I don't think others are having printing 
issues and the printer is not jammed.
