Was able to clear the paper jam. There was a piece 
of paper jamming in the shaft above the paper tray

Planning to stop in Tuesday next week around 10ish

Yes, the issue has not been resolved. Ideal times 
are any day from 10am-4pm as someone is usually in 
the athletic treatment center. Tomorrow and Friday 
times are limited and there will only be someone 
in from 10-11am and no one in Friday. It will 
likely have to wait until next week, any day next 
week from 10-4.

To circle back, I'm not seeing the name for the 
printer when I search. I also tried to make a copy 
this morning and it just says there is a paper jam 
and I am unable to fix the paper jam. I have tried 
taking apart the printer and have been unable to 
locate it to the best of my ability. Please advise 
next steps.

Hi Kyla,

The only name I have is Xerox B215, the barcode on 
it is 20210380[Edit Inv]. Anytime after 11am would be fine! 
There's usually someone in the room until 4 pm. 
The printer is located in the office 122B in room 
HWC 122. I am also not an admin on my computer so 
I can't change any settings but I can't locate the 
printer as an option.

Hello,

I work in the health and wellness athletic 
training center. Our printer currently says it's 
jammed but it has been cleaned thoroughly and I 
have been unable to solve this issue. Is there 
someone who could come take a look at it?
