I delivered all equipment, set it up and took back 20121262[Edit Inv] desktop for PDR. There was a 2009 monitor already there and another person provided a 2014 monitor from the department. Getting the numbers for both of those and then updating inventory. Closing ticket.

That is correct. It's not being assigned to Eli. He is our GA student. 
If you need me to set that computer up that's fine. It is a replacement laptop for a desktop that is no longer in good standing.

I apologize for the delay this week, we have been pretty slammed!

Hi Michael,

I need some additional information regarding service request #81166

Description: set up 20230021[Edit Inv] for Eli Nafziger, replacing W20121262


So I am looking at this setup and trying to finalize it by adding Eli's admin rights, except he doesn't have a faculty account and only has a student account. I can't add his admin rights with a student account, and typically we don't assign setups to students. I was just emailing for clarification - this new laptop setup is just replacing an existing workstation setup within the office, and Eli is using it, its not being directly assigned to Eli right?
