I went over there to try and see if I could help anything; they couldn't sign in with their sign in. UCSadmin would log in, and then it asked for duo. I didn't have a way to go into a duo locked computer.

she called twice today, because there is events 
going on in the stadium for new students and she 
needs to be able to login.

Josie can't sign into her station. She is using 
her portal credentials but when she tries to login 
it gives her "account does not have access to 
login" error. She called yesterday but I don't 
think a ticket was created. She is hoping to be 
assisted today. Anytime works. 

She is at the Mcarthur stadium, Althletics 101D 
(old rec facilities/bleachers).
