Hi Arne,

I need some additional information regarding service request #81175

Description: Computer shuts down halfway through restarting. 

Is this computer still having issues? Also, would I be able to get the WOU number for the device in question? The 2014 number I have listed here doesn't come back as a computer.

When restarting computer. user states that halfway 
through the process of restarting. The computer 
shuts down. User is not installing anything. They 
have unplugged and turned off their computer. That 
seems to not be working either.
