Got room number. John said the permissions should go through, recently intaken individuals haven't been granted the adobe permissions so he was fixing that for multiple people. Closing ticket.

I installed laptop and got everything set up; she didn't have adobe login rights and I emailed her asking for her room #. Once I update inventory, I will close the ticket.

Good morning Raeann!

I apologize for the delay in getting you your new laptop, it seems the contact listed was a different person. The laptop is all ready to go with the usual apps. I am available today until 5pm, and tomorrow until 1pm but UCS is open from 8am to 5pm, Monday through Friday and there should always be someone here to assist you.

Do you possibly know if there are any special apps that you may be using? Things like zoom, MS office, and adobe are already on there.
