Totally understandable and not a problem at all! 
We can have someone come set that up for you this 
Friday after 4p. If that doesn't work out we can 
always try for this coming Monday after 4p as 
well.

Sorry I was on vacation last week. I work shift 
work and am typically scheduled evenings and 
weekends right now. Monday and Fridays would be 
the days during the week that I am here typically 
starting at 4pm. 

I apologize shift work is difficult to schedule 
around!

Installed DS Control Point and Spotter. Laptop is 
reimaged. Waiting for email response to set up a 
time to drop it off and set it up.

We will get those programs installed for you! We 
do need you to be present for the set-up process, 
but unfortunately no techs will be available to 
issue that set-up for you today. Are there any 
times next week that would work for you?

Hello, 

Sorry for the delayed response, I work weird 
shifts. The programs I can think of right now are 
the camera programs we use which are Spotter and 
DS Control Point. I will not be back in for shift 
until Friday at 4pm this week, do I need to be 
here when it is set up? If not, it can be done any 
time that works for you.

she is using 20160949[Edit Inv] until her computer is ready, 
then we will swap.  She is able to keep the 
W20140996 as a second monitor
Please let me know when you have assigned her 
equipment
monitor, dock, Dell laptop, keyboard and mouse
