Talked to Hunter about the computers. He's going to 
order a new display port cable or put in a new GFA 
request to replace one of the computer not working.

They swapped out 20150685[Edit Inv] so they don't need 
assistance with that anymore. 

Now they are having issues with 20170788[Edit Inv]. She says 
the monitors displays no DM or HDMI cable.

Sam, we swapped it out with a computer that is not 
going to be used this year by a student so let's 
just close this issue for now and if we need it in 
the future we will reach out again.

Hello Hunter,

I went to check out the computers you listed. Everything seemed to be 
working when I arrived. One needed a restart, the mouse for the computer 
with the big TV needed new batteries. The only computer that was giving us 
issues was 20150685[Edit Inv]. I think the display port cable has gone bad. I brought 
it back to UCS and it seemed to work fine, then brought a display port 
cable back to ASWOU to make sure it wasn't the monitor having issues. 
Everything seemed to be working fine with our equipment, so I'd recommend 
ordering a display port cable (honestly I'd probably order two so we can 
properly set up the two monitors at that desk).

Hey UCS, I just talked with Monica about getting 
help with the Desktop Computers in ASWOU  (WUC, 
122) to work and function again. 

The numbers for the computers that aren't working 
are: 

*20150685*
*20170788*
*20220781*
*20210835*

None of them will display any windows login 
screens and all of the computers will not have any 
display at all. One of them goes into a consistent 
boot loop and then freezes t0o.
