Okay,

so for the main copier in room 408, it appears you will need to put in your print code for the printer. This would have been emailed to you I believe, I would be able to assist you in entering the code on your computer. Let me know if you have troubles finding it,

The OIED drive issue is okay now. I am still having problems printing on the large printer/copier in Rm. 408.

In summary, he will need the user locked printer, IA-INTcopier added, he will need the OIED drive added (I couldn't find it in any of the three groups). He would like to be able to use the personal printer in the room so he doesn't have to walk across the building to retrieve documents.

I saw Joe towards the end of the day, and was able to help him with his zoom problem. He wanted to hear the ringing, so I set a separate device for the ring - his monitor rings, along with his headphones, but the talking when he picks up the phone only comes out of his headphones so it doesn't fish bowl. He needs the 'oied' drive. He needs the main Konica Minolta Bizzhub 554e printer in APSC connected. I was told the name for it is IA-INTcopier. It is usercode locked, he should have an email with his usercode otherwise someone at their front desk may know. He also has a 2013 hp printer that came with the room that he is having issues with, he said it has printed before and it gets cut off half way. He tried changing the cartridges himself, and it doesn't work - I think he may have tried changing a cartridge for an already spent cartridge; it says he is out of yellow.
