Hi Professor Paterson!

I have a ticket open here saying you were having some issues connecting / using microsoft as well as adobe apps. Is this on a personal device? Also, would you be able to come in anytime for diagnosis? We are open 8am-5pm, M-F. A tech would also be able to come out to you sometime, but I am unsure what techs are scheduled for today and I leave today at 1pm. Let me know what works for you, and we will try to get this figured out for you!

I checked AD and Adobe, their accounts both look good.

User can not access Microsoft and Adobe apps. 
Might need to uninstall and install again. user 
also would like to be walked through the process 
of backing up their files on the day they come in. 
Would like to come in on a Tuesday 9am.
