we've had our upstairs printer waiting for a part 
to be fixed. Do we have an ETA for that part so 
that we can have that printer operational?

I was able to successfully get the printer to print. I am unsure what caused the issue, but simply unadding and readding the printer again with the proper print drivers resolved all issues. The printer was smudging, I am seeing if a simple cartridge change would fix this. Closing ticket.

Printer shows red exclamation and states 'Printer is 
Stocked'. This seems to be only prevalent  with one 
user Jessica Peatross.
