Dropped off laptop for user, was able to have them login and set their admin rights; hooked up three printers, only the copier was doing double sided printing. If they have issues with that in the future, it should be a quick fix and I think it may have to be choosing the generic post script / pcl driver or whatever as I set each printer with their specific driver. Closing ticket.

I have this laptop all reimaged and updated. Emailed Kristen (Abby's House Director) about what to do w/ it, if it needed any special software and that it is ready for a drop off.

today was the end of the two week time period.
