Made a loaner ticket for the 2016 imac, I don't know if its a loaner or assigned to Emily. Closing this ticket and leaving the loaner up.

I set up iMac 20160751[Edit Inv] in Emily's room, RWEC 145, and took back 20141298[Edit Inv] presumably for disposal. I don't know if this mac is being assigned to her, but I am updating in inventory that it is a loaner for her for the time being.

I will need to leave that office at 12:50 to go to 
an assignment. If you don’t think that’s enough time 
then it would be fine with me to have a different 
person come and set it up. Just let me know who to 
expect and when.

equipment wasn't set up for you yet. If you'll be

I think we would wait for this until you are here in person; we will need you to log into the computer so we can add your account as an admin, and install printers on your account. Also, we like getting your preference for how everything is arranged. I won't be here tomorrow, but there should be another tech on in the morning that can install this for you.

I have a 27" iMac all up to date with our basic software (MS office, zoom, chrome, etc), and was wondering if you needed any special software for this machine?

If not, it is ready for delivery.

The current iMac in RWEC 145 is assigned so Sarah 
Hewitt who has not been an employee at WOU for at 
least a year if not more. My supervisor Chrys 
Burcham was in RWEC 145 all of last year. I do not 
know if she used the iMac or not. She might have, 
even though it was still assigned to the previous 
office occupant. I am now going to be using that 
office. It would be most convenient for me to have 
use of a computer in that office for other work 
duties like virtual interpreting. I would prefer 
an iMac because it has a large screen which is 
better for zoom interpreting. The exact same model 
as what is currently in the office would be great. 
The unit should be assigned to me because I will 
be the one in that office most regularly.

Our interpreters have some computer needs for RWEC 
145. Please see below their specific request:

1) the 'loaner' we were using in RWEC 147 can be 
removed. (We were using it primarily during COVID 
during team assignments---yet the picture through 
the webcam is so grainy and pixelated that it 
doesn't make interpreting any easier.

2) See if there's a new loaner with a bigger 
monitor and clearer webcam that we can use in RWEC 
145.

3) If there isn't a loaner computer---what is the 
process and cost for procurement?
