I set this equipment up in the room, I must have installed this on the 20th like outlined below. She had a big TV for a monitor, and a side monitor already in the room; she asked if she could take the new monitor home for use. I told her to email Joanie, and Joanie approved of this request. everything up to date on laptop, name changed, ad moved, admin rights bestowed. This laptop did not image with zoom, I had to install that from the 2023 installer in the T drive.

I was wondering if you need any special software on your new laptop outside our usual app selection (zoom, MS office, adobe...).
