I set this equipment up in the room, I must have installed this on the 20th like outlined below. She had a big TV for a monitor, and a side monitor already in the room; she asked if she could take the new monitor home for use. I told her to email Joanie, and Joanie approved of this request. Closing ticket.

I am here tomorrow from 9am to 1pm, and I have two installations setup during this time. If I have time, I can try to squeeze in your setup tomorrow morning. It typically takes about 30 minutes.

everything up to date on laptop, name changed, ad moved, admin rights bestowed. This laptop did not image with zoom, I had to install that from the 2023 installer in the T drive.
