I need some additional information regarding service

Description: Old Printer Pickup RWEC 125 (20131070)

I'm Tony, I'm a Tech with UCS, and I was wondering 
if I can come pick this printer up this morning, 
sometime between 9 am and 11 am? Just wanted to make 
sure someone is there to let me in before I head 
over!

Didn't see a ticket was created for this old 
equipment pickup so here it is. Since a ticket was 
not created before, she hoping to have this picked 
up soon.

picked up over a week ago. I understood a ticket 
was started, but the printer is still here. What
