Changes zoom settings to use monitor microphone. was 
using laptop mic while it was closed. Instructed her 
on how to change the settings incase she has the 
same issue.

User is experiencing audio issues. People cannot hear her during Zoom meetings, 
the say she sounds distant. User is not using headphones. 

Available today until 5, or the user can come in tomorrow or sometime next week 
to our office because she works remote.
