I already assigned 20150784[Edit Inv] as the replacement for the laptop, so I updated inventory for both of these machines and stuck the lost one in the PDR pile. Closing ticket.

I found the laptop! It is: 20150260[Edit Inv] . I don't think it will matter all that much to swap the laptop back, as they are the same and I've already assigned the other one to them.

Back towards the beginning of August, I responded to a SR made about adding admin rights for some users up at the front desk of the Financial Aid office in the welcome center. While there, there was an old 2015 laptop that they were trying to use that was having some slowdown issues, and I said I would reimage it. I solved their initial issue and closed the ticket, but it seems the 2015 laptop has gone missing; I can't remember if I turned it back into them or not. It is not present in our two weeks or PDR pile here at UCS, I will be checking the PDR storage shed later today to attempt to locate this laptop. My notes marked a 2015 dell as the suspect, and seeing a similar model 2015 dell I know that was the laptop model. I plucked 20150784[Edit Inv] from the PDR pile to potentially replace this missing laptop if we cannot locate it. 

In the future, if there is a separate request that didn't pertain to the original service request it is important to make a separate service request for that issue as well as make sure to mark the full WOU # like I failed to do.
