He was using a generic driver and not the driver for 
the PsyColor so I just installed the C400 driver and 
he was able to print in color

Yes! Just to clarify, I can connect to the 
printer, but I can't get it to print in color--it 
prints in black and white. I'm going to be in my 
office tomorrow (10/12) from 2:30-4:30, so anytime 
in there would be great.

Hello!

One of our faculty is having trouble printing in 
color to our color printer. We have looked through 
his settings for the option, but we haven't been 
able to find it. Would someone be able to come and 
take a look at it? This is not an urgent request. 
The professor's name is Jay Schwartz and the WOU 
ID for his computer is 20190692[Edit Inv].
