Ana came and picked up laptop 20200474[Edit Inv]. I put the printer with the basic driver as I can't remember what printer it is, I told her if she has any issues after testing it to let me know and I can fix it. Closing ticket.

I was able to coordinate and drop off the laptop for Aneli. I showed them how to add the freedom center printer in case any student using the laptop wanted to print from their account. Apparently, this laptop is a 'checkout' laptop but only used in the room from what I gathered - it is there for students who don't have their own computer and can use it while in the Freedom Center and such.

I am reaching out to let you know we have that Freedom Center MacBook ready to go for you; if you are on campus today, I could drop it off to you somewhere or you could come into UCS to pick it up if you have time. 

I'm here until 1pm today, but UCS is open from 8am-5pm, M-F and you could pick it up any time during these hours.

Was there any special software required on these laptops outside of our usuals? (Zoom, Chrome, MS Office, Adobe, etc).

I was able to get the inventory of what Freedom 
Center equipment we have per the Service Request 
#81306 about assigning equipment to the Co-
Directors and what equipment was missing.

iPads
W20210219 - Has charger
W20210220 -- Has power brick but usb-C charging 
cable not returned

Laptops
W20200472  -- Has Charger
W20200474 -- Has Charger
W20200217 -- No charger

Let me know if you would like us to check out the 
W20200472 and W20200474 to Ana-Malia and Aneli and 
we can start working on the request.

For the missing equipment if you would like to 
replace it you would need to submit a purchase 
request for the missing chargers at 
wou.edu/purchaserequest.

Can we have an update regarding any missing 
Freedom Center equipment (e.g., chargers) and what 
next steps might be to replace?
