Hi Jack, 

The issue seems to have been resolved at least with the printer in my office. I've been out of the office and will return next Wednesday. I'll double check that I've been connected to all the appropriate printers and let you know.

Good morning Catherine, 

I wanted to inquire if you were still having 
troubles connecting to printers. I am able to 
potentially assist with this, however, we will 
need you to be logged into the computer in 
question as we need to update these settings while 
your account is logged in for these changes to be 
reflected when you go to print.

Hello, 

Could you please assist me in connecting my 
printer and the office printers to my computer? 
They currently read as "offline" - I already tried 
basic troubleshooting. 

My office is 208 in the SHCC. I am only here 
Wednesdays, so please feel free to come and set it 
up even if I am not here.
