Solutions. We have a service request that says 
your device was stuck on updates for a long time, 
is this still the case? Has a tech already taken a 
look at it? You might also be able to put a GFA 
replacement request in! This would mean you get a 
whole new set up If you find the "GFA replacement" 
link in your portal you can click on it to find 
out if you are eligible for a replacement. Let me 
know how you would like to proceed.
