Hi jack, 

No, it was only my computer that wouldn't connect to the printer. 

I restarted my computer a few times and on the 3rd time it decided to connect but I let it make updates that the computer needed. 

Not sure if that should be happening or if it keeps happening if that is an issue with the computer itself. 

But as of now it is printing!

Description: Failure to connect to BP-HumanResources on ThreeSisters

The location email came in today. She took a while 
to respond. She has been emailing since Oct. 9th. 
Will email her back to let her know that a ticket 
has been created and that a tech will head out.

Hello,

I have been swamped and the printer is still not 
connecting. 
The laptop number -20230004[Edit Inv]
The docking station - 20211276[Edit Inv]
 
It continues to show as a failure to connect to 
BP-HumanResources on ThreeSisters and on settings 
it shows as offline.
