up the monitor and dock. Is there a time today 
that would work for you? or would you like to 
schedule a time later this week?

He will eventually be moving to Monmouth / be in town towards the middle of November if memory serves me right, and will have the rest of his setup installed in his office then.

Setup his laptop with VPN, checked to see if he was setup as an admin. Setup DUO on his Portal and phone.

He is most interested in the laptop for use in the mean time until they get here mid november; They are coming on Monday, 10/30/23. When they get here, John said we can ask them what would work for them when they are here; if they just wanted the laptop right now and wait for the rest or what.

Hello sir!  

I will be on campus on Monday only so hopefully we can do it on that date (I believe I have a meeting with Ms. Vickers at 11 AM and may spend much of the rest of the day securing a living space).  

Currently, I'm working from my personal laptop in San Antonio as I prepare to make my journey from Texas to Oregon.   It looks like I will be moving to the Monmouth area around mid November.

Hello Venu!

I have your new laptop all up to date and ready to be installed for you. All of our new setups include: A laptop, dock, monitor, keyboard and mouse. Let me know what your availability is this week or next week to get this equipment installed in your office. Also, what is your office / building by chance?

Installation of equipment typically takes around 30 minutes, and we would need you to be present during the installation as we would like your input for how things are placed, as well as we would need you to sign into the computer once everything is ready.
