Went to office. Kaiao was not there. However his assistant across the hall was. Set up PC and left a sticky note on Kaiao's monitor to return the loaner laptop. The assistant said he will bring it up with Kaiao too.

Hi Kaiao,

We've completed the reimage of the computer and 
diagnostics of the PC checks out. Let us know when 
would be a good time for us to bring over and set 
up the PC. Please save any files you have on the 
loaner laptop elsewhere (USB Stick, WOU Drive, 
Cloud Service etc) so we can take the laptop back 
with us.

I apologize, reimaging means a fresh install of 
windows. We would pretty much be resetting the 
computer to default software/settings. Which means 
everything would be erased off of the machine.

Hi Kaiao,

I need some additional information regarding service request 
#81412

Description: Kaiao Nahale-a loaned 20171224[Edit Inv] while 20181482[Edit Inv] is 
worked on.

I’ve been taking a look at this PC and can’t seem to find a 
resolution. The only possible fix I can think of is to reimage it. Just 
wanted to confirm that this was okay before I started the process.

office around 2pm.

Kaiao came by the office this morning at around 
10:45 AM.  He had his computer with him and 
dropped it off.  John assisted him.  Kaiao had 
practice (he's a coach) so he left the computer 
and went to do that.  Sounds like he'll be back 
around 2pm to pick up a loaner.

What is the WOU number for your computer - this is 
the WOU number on the actual PC and not any of the 
numbers on the monitor. We would be able to 
provide a loaner for this if it's an issue with 
the PC itself. Let me know if you have any 
availability for diagnosis.

I was using my work computer normally this AM. But 
it started to shutoff on its own. What should I 
do?  Am I able to get a laptop in the mean time?
