Swapped the NVMe with one W20181051.

This one didn't have the NS printers loaded on there and we tested and it worked well to print in a web broswer

When printing from the Web Browser the screen goes completely unresponsive. It won't even show the print preview it just sits there and spins.

I also noticed that the computer pulls all the NS printers. Going to get a loaner ready for them to use and see if it's the NS printer on the machine causing an issue or maybe it wasn't imaged properly

I'm here until 2 today. 
The issue is printing from the internet and/or email ALWAYS and from my desktop or a thumb drive sometimes. When I print from the internet/email, the computer clocks and clocks and clocks until the screen goes grey and an "unresponsive" box appears OR the computer window just crashes and closes itself down. 

When I print from the desktop/thumbdrive, it clocks and clocks and does the unresponsive window. 

My computer is 20181057[Edit Inv]. 
The printers are 20100846[Edit Inv] AND 20211082[Edit Inv] (it doesn't appear to matter which printer. It does it with both.)

I need some additional information regarding service request #81413

Description: When trying to print from online computer freezes and crashes. 

Can I get your availability for next week to come help you with the printing issue you are experiencing? Does this happen when you print to any printer or just one in particular? If it's just one, can I get the W# or the name of the printer?

Hello, 

I don't have a ticket number and didn't receive 
any email confirmation after the phone call I had 
with UCS last week-- but, I think someone was 
supposed to come by my office (Maaske 204) this 
week to help me with a printing/internet issue I'm 
having. 

I will not be in office on Monday the 23rd. 
I can be in office Tuesday or Wednesday from 1-
2:30. 
Thursday 8-11 

Or next week at different times.

User mentioned that they are able to print if they 
download the document onto their computer. However, 
they mentioned that is a little dicey as well.

User called today 10/19/23 stated that when they 
go to print something from online their computer 
freezes. They then receive the message *Do you 
want to wait?* After clicking yes the computer 
will either freeze or clock user and then all 
windows will shutdown.
