Hello,

The ECM document manager does more than just 
upload, it is something we need functioning to 
work with DocStar. We are now having the same 
issue with a student employee trying to use 
docstar. Is there any way you could please send 
someone up before 2pm today, or between 8am - 2pm 
on Monday? That is when the student worker is here 
so they can see the issue.

I spoke too soon, it is still fighting me. I was 
able to log into docstar but it is still saying 
ECM needs to get updated, please advise.

Hello,

I am currently outside of my normal office due to 
the construction noise on Monmouth Ave. I am 
attempting to update the drivers for Docstar's 
Epicor ECM client so that I can sign in but the 
install process is giving me the below error. It 
does not recognize my email, @mail.wou or @wou, as 
an admin and is saying the login information is 
incorrect.

Any thoughts?
