Brady Parksion	Oct 23, 2023 11:54 AM	Looked at issue, attempted to update drivers through Dell and it did not allow me to go to the most up to date driver. While doing this it reinstalled the current driver which seems to have fixed the issue. Also looked into her ear piece answering calls for her without being prompted. Change the setting to stop giving exclusive control of the device to zoom. Changed it last time, but somehow got reset. Everything should be working. Keeping SR open until end of day to see if she is still having any issues.	Add Attachment
