was looking for an update on her service request. 
User also wants to know if she can get a loaner 
until everything is ready. Or if a tech could come 
out and take a look at her computer in Todd Hall

I would need to use Bluebeam. I would need a machine that supports bluebeam then, I thought Mac did.

Good afternoon Gabriela,

I looked through our installers for Bluebeam and it seems that there are no current versions for Mac OS; online, I see that they stopped supporting it back in June of this year. I am unsure if I am able to even download the older version, as it says the latest Mac OS version it supported was back from 2018. If I am able to download the older version, it says that it "will no longer have access to Studio functionality."

Let me know if this will be a dealbreaker for you, and we could possibly swap it for a Dell but I can't guarantee that.

She requested bluebeam revu software, our installs only show .exe's and online says they stopped supporting it back in Mojave, so I don't know if this will be able to be installed. Emailed them to see if that was okay.

Hi Gabriela,

I need some additional information regarding service request #81448

Description: set up 20230034[Edit Inv] for Gabriela GFA replacing W20161101

We have this macbook all up to date with our basic software (zoom, MS office, chrome, etc). 

Do you need any special pieces of software? If not, this machine and the rest of the setup is ready to be delivered.
