The issues was the shared composite and component input 
on the TV. Disconnected the blue and red RCA inputs, so 
it would recognize a composite input from the Wii. 
Fixed.

Hi Laurie,

ITC 310 is a student lounge and tutoring area.
It is a large TV Screen, being used for coding 
projects, games and displaying ads.

Hello UCS,

Please have a tech check the screen in ITC 310, 
east wall by the plotter, check color settings. 
When playing wii it is black and white, instead of 
color.
